Frequently asked questions

Is a power of attorney signed at the town hall enough?

The town hall can legalize a signature on a private document, which is enough for some countries. Others require a notarised deed. We check the required form before any appointment so you don't have to do it twice.

Should my power of attorney be bilingual?

A bilingual power of attorney (French / language of the country) often simplifies the process and can avoid a separate translation. Otherwise, we provide the sworn translation.
